I'm shocked MLDC is still managing Augusta Court. Everyone is moving out and they can't even get people in. There was a time when units rarely came available here. But now it's a dump, no upkeep whatsoever. They came in here and literally changed everything, and for the worse. Indian families here who let their kids treat the whole complex as a playground, not a peaceful environment it used to be.

The office staff will listen to your concerns
. See how new security does.
I don’t understand yet the purpose of the empty planter boxes. I miss the plants.

I wish you guys would answer your phone more often and better Amenities. They older residents are very rude to the younger residence. They aren’t all rude but it’s a number of them that are and it makes it very Uncomfortable to live here. The community is great and a great location but staff needs to work on answering the phone and maintenance request in a timely manner

I originally had some concerns about the updates being done but Courtney was more than willing to listen to my feedback/...
I originally had some concerns about the updates being done but Courtney was more than willing to listen to my feedback/input of what I would like to see here which was welcoming, she was also proactive of figuring out how to add new residents to the visitor call box. The units are specious, never had a pest issue, and residents are generally friendly.

The new management is not treating previous tenants with the same reverence as them getting new tenants. Some changes in the building have caused grief while others were much needed. Frequent maintenance and staff turnovers are causing delays in repairs and upkeep.

The management staff over there was very friendly and the apartment complex was very conveniently located. The apartments were perfect for my son's requirements.
